I have been breeding chihuahuas for twenty years now and have been in love with the breed much longer than that. I breed to the AKC standard and strive to have puppies who are not only beautiful, but also breed for temperment and intelligence. All of my puppies also go to their new homes prespoiled!
I am located in South Carolina, halfway between Charleston, SC and Savannah, Ga. I hope our website will give you a chance to see some of the joys of this wonderful breed and perhaps even consider adding one to your family some day.
We breed for personality, conformation, and intelligence. Our chihuahuas are part of our family and we have a limited number of litters. Our chihuahuas live in our home, they are our pets and there are no kennels here. Our puppies are raised underfoot and highly socialized to become loving and loyal family members. They have beautiful heads, large expressive eyes, and unbeatable personalities, they have the whole package. Very intelligent, our puppies are easily trained from being simply a lap dog to obedience, agility, or companion dog, they will go as far as you will take them. Chihuahuas are one of the few breeds where there is no disqualifying color or markings, they come in all colors. We love the unique and unusual colors and specialize in blues, brindles, and the chinchilla coloring. We have all colors of smoothcoat and long coats.
I have bred for over twenty years now, and I know the bloodlines and history of my dogs, making it easier to predict the future health, size, and tempermant of my puppies, cutting down on chances of health problems or congenital defects. My puppies leave with health guarantees, up to date on their vaccinations, dewormings, vet checked, registered, and started on litterbox training.
Chihuahuas are a toy breed, the smallest breed in the world. However there is no such thing as a "teacup" or "pocket" or "toy" chihuahuas, they are all just chihuahuas, they can range from 2-6 pounds. The smallest adult chihuahua I've ever had was 1.7lbs fully grown, so I do have some tiny chi puppies, but they are HEALTHY puppies and are no special breed, just chihuahuas. All of my puppies will not leave my home until they've been fully weaned, eating well, and are old enough to go into a new enviroment without being stressed.
