My name is Alesia and my chihuahuas and I are located in South Carolina. We live in Walterboro, SC which is inbetween Charleston, SC and Savannah, Ga. I live with my husband Dan, daughter, Destiny, and of course my chihuahuas and other pets. I have loved animals ever since I was a child and always had dogs and cats and horses. My mother had show dogs all throughout my childhood as well so I have been around dogs all my life.

As seemed to be the natural course, I became involved in the fancy. I have raised chihuahuas for over twenty-five years now. I am also a dog groomer so I come across all sorts of breeds, but there is just something so special about the chihuahua. Ever since I got my first one thirty years ago, I've been in love. They have the biggest hearts and courage inside those little bodies and are loyal to no ends to their family. I have fifteen adult chihuahuas. They all live in the house of course, I rarely see anything sadder than seeing these tiny babies in overcrowded kennels with tears in their eyes. Ours are very well loved members of the family, and first and foremost PETS. They are really just such a special little breed.

Besides our chihuahuas, we also have an assortment of other pets, an Irish Wolfhound, llamas, cats, and horses. There are often strays that wander up as well, and I foster dogs for our shelter occasionally, so we always have a full house around here.

Our chihuahuas are all very healthy happy members of the family. We do not kennel our chihuahuas, and I would never have so many that I had to keep them in such a place. I'm a firm believer in breeding for temperament and when a dog lives in a kennel away from human contact without proper socialization true temperament isn't possible to assess, (besides the fact that it's a miserable way to live).

I am a hobby breeder, I usually have a few litters a year, but don't always have puppies and my girls always rest between litters. I screen anyone who wants to adopt one of my little ones very well, and keep in contact about my babies even after they go to their new families. I always love to hear from a fellow chihuahua lover so email me or give me a call. :) I hope you enjoy my website.
